Dr Jamileh Manoochehri is an educator and an architect. She graduated from Architectural Association School of Architecture. Later, she obtained a PhD from the Development Planning Unit, the Bartlett, University College London. She was in architectural practice for nearly 20 years before entering academia. She has worked on diverse architectural projects, from housing to major public buildings. Since 2006 she has been at the Leicester School of Architecture, and has led design, and History, Theory and Criticism Modules in undergraduate and postgraduate levels, and supervised PhD candidates.
